Week 9 kicks off with a very intriguing matchup. The Steelers have been so inconsistent on offense this year, with the majority of the games being well below an SBx of 0.5 points scored per minute of possession time.

Meanwhile, the Titans will be starting rookie Will Levis for the second consecutive game, this time on short rest following a four touchdown, zero turnover performance in his debut.

Both offenses will be going against above average defenses. For the Steelers, the Titans offense could present a challenge because they haven’t had time to really discover any tendencies of Levis.
