Week 9 Primetime Game Predictions

Sunday Night Football

Anthony Richardson is getting much needed rest on the bench. The Colts view themselves as a legit playoff contender, and their behavioral analytics suggest they should.

This weekend will be a chance to prove that with Joe Flacco at the helm. The change at QB prevents us from placing a bet this week, but the model sees a low scoring victory for Indy.

Monday Night Football

The Chiefs look to go 8-0 as the Bucs reel from the loss of Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. The biggest problem for them is their 30th ranked Score Prevention defense, allowing 0.86 points per minute of opponent possession time.

This is at a time when the Chiefs have seen an uptick in their scoring behavior each of the last two weeks. Add to them being at home, and we forecast a TD+ victory. There’s no edge in our prediction with the 8.5 spread the books have, so no bet from us.
